Trade & Connect
Trade & Connect is a live performance experience design that uses an app and self-check-out system to allow the audience to easily trade free DIY items and exclusive merch that represent the performances and Venues.
Sponsored by Live Nation Entertainment, our goal is to create a more fulfilling and immersive experience for the audience.

Since this project is done during quarantine, we have to get creative with our online tools.

I use the app to QR code purchase the patch I like.

I grab my patch through the self-check out booth.

I can later trade my purchase items with other concert-goers.

Back Home

I go back to scan the QR code on my traded patch to see information about it and who has traded this item before.

I add my patches to my collection to remember the amazing concert experience.
